This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. When you access the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes log data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short retention period.

If you send us an inquiry via one of the forms on this site, we process the data you provide (email address and, where entered, name, organization and message) in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. The data is transmitted by email to our contact address and stored until the inquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
For sending these emails we use the service provider Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) as a processor. This may involve a transfer of personal data to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Additionally, form submissions are stored at our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for up to 30 days as a technical backup, then automatically deleted.
